A special opportunity to get up close with our resident Red Panda!
As a tree-dwelling species, many of our visitors never get to see our Red Panda up close but for this experience, you’ll work alongside one of our keepers behind the scenes as they prepare a meal for our Red Panda and offer him a tasty snack from inside his enclosure.

Age Restriction: All participants must be aged 16+.
Length: This experience lasts approximately 15-20 minutes. Please arrive at the Red Panda enclosure meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience. Late arrivals may need to have their experience modified at the discretion of our keeper team.
What to wear: Please make sure you are wearing wellies. A waterproof jacket is also recommended.
Can friends/family watch this experience?: Friends/family that have paid our zoo admission fee will be able to watch much of this experience from a public viewing area. Only participants will be invited behind the scenes.
