Join our keepers for a very special penguin experience. Find out more about our waddle of Penguins, see them up close inside their enclosure, learn about the different ways we care for them and take part in their afternoon feed!

Age Restrictions: All participants must be aged 12+. Anybody under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult that has paid for zoo admission (this adult does not need to take part in the experience but is expected to remain nearby).
Length: This experience lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Please be at the penguin enclosure meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start of your experience. Late arrivals may have their experience shortened at the keeper’s discretion.
What to wear: Please make sure you are wearing wellies. A waterproof jacket is also recommended.
Can friends/family watch this experience? Friends and family that have paid our zoo admission fee will be able to watch much of this experience from a public viewing area. Only participants will be invited behind the scenes and into our penguin enclosure.
