Come and meet our resident fossa. This is a truly unique opportunity to find out more about the top predator in Madagascar, his diet, his daily activity and much more!
This 20-30 minute experience allows you to work alongside our keepers during one of their daily visits to our fossa habitat.
Please note that all experiences may need to be modified on the day to best support our animal’s health and welfare. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions below.
Age Restrictions: All participants must be aged 16+
Length: This experience lasts approximately 20-30 minutes (beginning at 1100 on your chosen date). Participants will need to be at Fossa enclosure at 1345. Late arrivals may have their experience shortened at the keeper’s discretion.
What to wear: Please make sure you are wearing wellies as you will be required to use foot dips. A waterproof jacket is also recommended.
Can friends/family watch this experience: As this experience takes place behind the scenes there is no entry for friends/family included. Only those taking part in the experience will be permitted entry to behind the scenes fossa facilities.
