An exclusive behind-the-scenes opportunity only available at Five Sisters Zoo!
Since 2012, Five Sisters Zoo has worked with rescued brown bears. Now you and a guest have the chance to join our team at our brown bear habitat preparing and giving out morning feeds. Along the way, you’ll spend time with a member of our dedicated carnivore keeper team who will give insight into our bears, their personalities, and how we care for such magnificent animals.
Once you’ve had a chance to give the bears their breakfast, it’s off to our Leaping Lemurs restaurant for your own breakfast! Included in the cost of your experience is a full breakfast which can be catered to any participant’s dietary requirements. Please make us aware of dietary needs at least 2 weeks prior to your experience via email (enquiries@fivesisterszoo.co.uk).

Age Restrictions: All participants must be aged 16+.
Length: This experience lasts approximately 1 hour (beginning at 0900 on your chosen date). Please ensure all participants arrive by 0845 at our ticket desk. Late arrivals may need to have their experience modified at the discretion of our keeper team.
Everyone taking part is invited to Leaping Lemurs Restaurant for breakfast afterwards.
What to wear: Please make sure you are wearing wellies as you will be required to use foot dips. A waterproof jacket is also recommended.
Can friends/family watch this experience? As this experience takes place behind the scenes and prior to zoo opening hours there is no entry for friends/family included. Only those taking part in the experience will be permitted entry to the zoo at 0900.
