Leaping Lemurs Restaurant and Soft Play
Our large indoor soft play and adjoining restaurant are perfect for the typical Scottish weather. A great dining option for all of our visitors year round, this facility also houses a large (separate) indoor soft play where younger guests can burn off some energy!
Please Note – Entry to the soft play is not included with Zoo admission. Please see our Soft Play page for more details.
Brown Bear Cafe
One of the original dining spots at Five sisters Zoo. The Brown cafe offers a smaller, cosier setting than Leaping Lemurs and serves up a delicious range of sandwiches, toasties and soups.
*Please note – The Brown Bear Cafe is only open during peak times such as the Summer holidays and on some busier weekends.

Our marquee space is perfect for those bringing a picnic or using some of our smaller outdoor food outlets. Seating up to 120 this spacious (and dry) facility is somewhere to head if the weather is being typically Scottish…
Outdoor Food Outlets
We have several small food trucks and stands located in the centre of the zoo. Serving everything from burgers and pizza to ice cream and donuts these are the perfect places to head if you are looking for some fast and tasty to eat.
*Please note – Food Outlets are open at weekends and mid-week during holidays only. if you are visiting at a quieter time then head for the Leaping lemurs Restaurant to grab some food.
We have several small childrens rides near our outdoor play park. This includes a small safari train, swinging pirate ship and childrens go-kart track.
*Please not – Rides are operated at weekends and during holidays. They are not operated at quieter times. There is an additional charge for children’s rides and some do require a coin payment.
Lost Kingdom Reptile House
The Lost Kingdom is home to dozens of different tropical species including dwarf crocodiles, blood pythons and beaded lizards. This undercover tropical house is the perfect place to head if the weather takes a turn during your visit.
