Boer Goats - Five Sisters Zoo

The largest goat breed, Boer goats are stocky and very muscular with a coat that is primarily white with red around the head and neck, though other colours do exist. They have longer ears compared to most species and both males and females can have horns. Female Boer goats will often give birth to twins or triplets and can have more than one birth in a year.
