Opening Times
Open 7 days a week (inc bank holidays, exc Christmas and New Years Day)
The zoo opens at 10am every day. Closing time depends on season:
February to March 5pm
April to September 6pm
October 5pm
November to January 4pm
Last admission is 1.5 hours before closing time.

Zoo Admission
Adult (16 yrs+): £15.95 Child (3-15 yrs): £10.95 Under 3s: free of charge Concession*: £13.95 Family Ticket (2 adults + 2 children): £46.00
An additional charge of £2.00 per person will be charged for walk ups.
*Applies to pensioners, disabled customers and accompanying carers with official photo ID
A small booking fee applied to each because of this.
Timeslots must be booked online via our online booking system. Timeslots are 90 mins long.

Leaping Lemurs Soft Play
Tickets & Passes
Due to current restrictions, you will need to buy tickets online before arriving at the zoo.
However if you wish to buy a season pass or treat someone to a day ticket as a gift, these can be purchased in our online shop here.
We will be opening on Monday the 29th June. You will only be able to visit the zoo if you have pre-purchased tickets online.
